Cooperation with the University of Pardubice

On January 18, 2017, ORBIS AVIA (OA) signed the agreement with the University of Pardubice about the "Framework Agreement on cooperation in the training of aviation personnel and scientific - research activities."

  The aerospace industry has long faced a shortage of qualified personnel. Qualification is one of the condition to employers of aviation disciplines were satisfied with their employees and is able to appreciate significantly better than in other fields. "Young people lack basic knowledge of craftsmanship and especially practice," said Martin Kopáček, CEO of ORBIS AVIA, which deals with maintenance of aircraft for many years and which gradually transforms into a new aerospace manufacturer in the Czech Republic. University of Pardubice will prepare students specialized in aviation, both in technical as well as a pilot.
